The breakfast was good, with high-quality coffee and a wide range of options, including gluten-free items.
While most aspects of my stay were enjoyable, the WiFi quality was average and could definitely use an upgrade for better connectivity.

Breakfast is good enough. There's green... no hot...
A very small room and it was smoked...

The staff were very helpful. The breakfast selection was excellent.
Parking is an additional €16 a day. However on street is free 8pm to 9am so it's worth working around that if you can. Also the lift is incredibly worn and is your first impression of the state of the hotel. Our room was also slighltly worn, a suite 107, so the hotel felt dated. Hence why I clicked backpacker box.

Breakfast featured a wide range of options.
The air conditioning barely functioned. The window coverings were broken, leaving us exposed to views from the street. There were cleanliness issues, as the bathroom bin was not emptied from the previous guests.

Location. Quiet room.
The mattresses are terrible. The beds are squeaky. Breakfast for three.

The hotel is a few minutes away from the train station and about 10-15 min walk to the centre. The room including the bathroom was a decent size, very clean and fairly modern. The breakfast was continental but had plenty of variety. Overall it was a great hotel and very good value as there was very limited hotel availability in Bologna during my stay. I would definitely recommend it.

The location was perfect for exploring, just a quick walk to the city center and very close to the train station. I particularly enjoyed the daily breakfast. It had a good variety and was quite satisfying before heading out to see the sights. The shower was also a standout-felt fantastic after a long day of walking around Bologna.

Appreciated the place, had a great stay for one night. The breakfast was fantastic and sensational except for the eggs always overcooked, offered cereals and pastries. The bed with hypoallergenic pillows was cozy and the room itself was comfortable.

The hotel is very near to Bologna Central station and fits the bill for a very short visit or night stopover. Toilets are clean. Surprisingly for an Italian hotel, local staff do speak English. Banquet breakfast (included in the hotel prize) is decent.
Wallpapers decrepit and floor stained - doesn't offer a very good first impression.

The room was outdated, such a surprise, given the prices! And the bathroom was embarrassingly dirty, full of other people's hair, what am i supposed to do with that? Plus, i expected at least a complimentary gesture for all the inconveniences, but nope, just regular service for me. Almost left a good review, but just couldn't.

I liked being close to Via Independenza, the main street from where I could walk to Plaza Maggiore and find my way to most places I wanted to visit. In a week I began to feel quite 'at home'. The room was always beautifully cleaned so was nice to come back to. Good bathroom.
Single rooms are always a bit of a problem. Tiny, single bed, poor view, noisy neighbours. However, it was reasonably priced for such a central location. It was close to the main train station, handy for arrival and departure. The station area is a bit too 'edgy' though at night time. Would have liked an English language TV channel even if only for the news.

Delicious breakfast: I enjoyed croissants, cheese, cereal and pastries. The check in was fast and the atmosphere was quiet throughout the hotel. The service was very good, the staff were outstandingly accommodating.

Helpful staff, good breakfast, quiet rooms, excellent wi-fi rates and proximity to the station and buses.
The pillows were much too thin and too hard. Using one was too low, two was too high. The spare pillow should be softer and thicker so guests have a choice.
